About us

Founded in 2001, Halden Group is a family-owned developer working across the Mediterranean, South Florida and the Gulf. We buy land carefully, design in-house and build with the same team from first sketch to final handover.

Every project is held to a single question: would we live here ourselves? That standard shapes our proportions, our materials and the way we treat the people who eventually call our buildings home.
